Simply put, we guarantee your satisfaction. As we create the pages of your memory book, we will be in contact with you throughout the process regarding the content. You have final say on each and every page of the book. In fact, we have you sign off on every page so that there are no surprises when the book is published.

With your DVD order, we will take your photos and music and create a moving tribute. If you are not completely satisfied with the DVD, we will re-do it until you are. Our customers are ALWAYS right.

Damage Liability
LHP is not responsible for any damage that occurs while your photos are being transported (either to us or from us). For this reason, we encourage you to package your photos well and insure them when mailing them to us & we use the same measures when mailing them back to you.

Copyright
You are responsible for compliance with copyright law. By signing the job order, you are confirming that you are authorized to use all photographs in your memory book and all photographs and music in your DVD.

DVD Compatibility
